MINISTRIES& OUTREACH
Emmanuel Lutheran Church has many ministries and outreach activities for our congregation to participate in. We also offer activities to help our community as well as the communities that surround us and worldwide!
YOUTH
Emmanuel has many opportunities for our youth. Children's Church each Sunday at 9:30 AM, a youth group geared toward Jr. High & High School students meets Sundays at 11:30am. Music ministries, and much much more.
COMMUNITY
Emmanuel has many community outreach programs including Bible Studies, Stephen Ministries, Family Promise, Women of ELCA, Music Ministries, Widows Group, Men's Breakfast and much much more.
GLOBAL
Emmanuel has a partnership with the Lutheran Church of Haiti. Pastor Livenson and the Emmanual Congregation work together to make Jesus known in Haiti. We also support the Center for Christian Education in Slovakia. In addition we support the Lutheran Church in Cuba.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Our Fellowship Committee organizes activities as Bingo, Trivia, Mahjong, a baseball game to name a few.

BREAKFAST
Join the men of our community of faith for breakfast the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Abby's on Miami.
SOUTH COUNTY FOOD PANTRY
We support this area outreach through food, monetary, & volunteer donations

The Sanctuary and Handbell Choir are looking for members.

STEPHEN MINISTRY
We have Stephen Ministers available to support our community of faith.
VENICE COFFEE TALK
Sack lunches are distributed every Tuesday & Thursday to the homeless and needy at the Train Depot in Venice.
FAMILY
PROMISE
We provide temporary housing and prepare meals for one week, four times a year for families in transition.
WELCA
There are many ministries dedicated to the women of our congregation.
WIDOW'S
LUNCH
Join other widow's from our community of faith the 1st Tuesday of the month at Bob Evans.
FRIENDSHIP MEALS

Free lunch the 2nd Wednesdays 11am -1pm & Free Dinner the last Sunday of the month.
