Samaritan provides counseling for individuals, couples, families and children, as well as career, personality and psychological assessments. We are here to address problems, encourage spiritual and personal growth, and explore solutions – and we are here to listen. In addition to our main office located within Church of the Palms, where both administrative and clinical services are provided, we have ten satellite offices, generously provided by local partners throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

 

In order to provide extensive mental health services, we have on our staff psychologists, clinical social workers, mental-health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and addiction counselors. Each member of our clinical staff is licensed by the state of Florida. Our counselors are here to help you with whatever issues you’re facing, and you can be assured that we adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality.

 

Samaritan Counseling’s mission is to provide excellent, professional spiritually integrated counseling services. We help all age groups, from children to seniors, and from all walks of life.  We accept insurance from major providers and work on a sliding scale for clients unable to afford full fee services.

We are fully accredited through Solihten Institute, meeting all 37 standards benchmarked to national requirements, and are HIPPA compliant for both outpatient counseling in our area offices as well as video-based therapy through our tele-health service.
